Yoga Classes

All classes are run over Zoom. These classes are an opportunity to develop your practice in your home environment and to bring yoga more closely into your life. I teach fluid and dynamic movement and breathing practices designed to help us cope with the stresses of daily life.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is the specialised adaptation of Yoga for people with a range of physical and stress-based health issues. Practices are tailored to the individual client’s particular needs and will combine physical postures, breathing practices and relaxation techniques. I work one to one in-person and also through Zoom. I have been pleased to connect with and enable clients to regain health and wellbeing through therapeutic yoga.

Courses & Workshops

Transform your yoga, transform yourself. My associates and I offer a range of courses and workshops aimed at yoga teachers and learners. Continuing Professional Development workshops are also available on a variety of yoga subjects.
